Where do you ship & who do we use?

Here at Trojan Wake Ski Snow we post all our express orders with AusPost or StarTrak.

Express Aus Wide Shipping is included for FREE on all orders over $99. For orders under $99, the express shipping cost is calculated at the checkout

We post worldwide. However, depending on your location and the item you ordered the cost of shipping may vary. If you are interested in having an item posted internationally, simply Contact Us to receive a quote within 1 business day,

How long does shipping take?

All orders placed before 2 pm Monday-Friday ship the same day. Orders placed throughout the weekend are shipped the proceeding Monday.

All delivery times are given in working (week) days.

*Please note all delivery time frames are estimates. Orders are subject to delays and may take longer than estimated.

Sydney/Greater Sydney Region:

Express: 1-2 days (small orders), 1-4 days (large orders)

Standard: 3-7 days

NSW Eastern Coast:

Express: 2-3 days (Small orders), 2-4 days (Large orders)

Standard: 3-7 days

Victoria (Urban Areas):

Express: 2-4 days (Small orders), 2-5 days (Large orders)

Standard: 3-10 days

Queensland (Urban Areas):

Express: 2-4 days (Small orders), 2-5 days (Large orders)

Standard: 3-10 days

Western Australia:

Express: 3-5 days (Small orders), 3-10 days (Large orders)

Standard: 5-10 days

Remote Areas:

For all remote areas add approximately 2-4 days delivery time.

How do I track my order?

To check your order tracking, please follow the link sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. You should be able to find this in your email that was used when you processed your order at our checkout.
