Return, refund & exchange policy

365-DAY RETURNS POLICY!

You may return any product you have purchased from us, that is not faulty, and in its original condition within 60 days from the date it was purchased, and receive a refund (minus any shipping paid) or an exchange for a different item. In order to take advantage of this, you can return your item(s) with proof of purchase in person through our store, or by sending it back to our store. Call us for more information.


If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, details of our returns guidelines are outlined below. If returned goods do not meet these criteria, a refund will be declined and we will return the products to you.

Parcels larger than 1m or bulky items will have to be returned by courier and not our return portal.

Returns Guidelines:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase. If the merchandise is returned after 60 days but within 365 days of purchase you will receive a store credit.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or used.
  • Merchandise must be in sellable condition. This includes any package the item(s) arrived in.
  • Merchandise much have all original labels, barcodes, and packaging where applicable


Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer a full refund for orders returned within 60 days.

Yes, you can.
